A Cozy Day of Errands, Autumn Essentials, and Epic Battle Prep

A Cozy Day of Errands, Autumn Essentials, and Epic Battle Prep

Good morning, everyone!

Yesterday was a blend of fall errands and cozy moments. We shopped for the essentials—like costumes for the class masquerade and new books for school. Sports class was unfortunately canceled, so we walked there for nothing, but training should be back next week. We also enjoyed a tea and coffee break; I’m picky about my coffee and usually prefer my favorite kind with fresh, home-pasteurized milk over store-bought. I do not even know what they put or do with store bought, taste nothing like real milk.

We wrapped up with a park visit and picked up shoes and socks for the chilly days ahead.

On the writing front, I’m still working on the war scene! Productivity has been a little slow, but I’m taking breaks and watching some fighting scenes on Instagram to visualize an epic layout. I’m aiming for something intense and thrilling. Here is some random photo dump from today.

To all my fellow fantasy lovers, what do you think makes a war scene truly epic? Let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear your thoughts!
