Exciting New Idea: A Persian Empire Love Drama Musical!
Hello again, everyone!
I’ve got a wild new idea to share with you all, and I’m pretty excited about it. So, here it is—I've been dreaming of writing an opera for a while now, but after discovering all the crazy cool tech available these days, I realized I don’t have to limit myself to opera! I can do so much more. It’s a bit of a childhood dream of mine, and now I’m finally playing around with how it all works.
Here’s the kicker—I’m toying with the idea of releasing episodes right here on the blog. I know, it might go a little slowly, but it’s totally doable! Would you guys be up for the idea of seeing a musical (yes, you heard that right) unfold in episodes? I’m really curious to know what you think! I’m not sure if it’s going to work, but it sounds fun to me.
Now, for a little teaser (don’t worry, I’m not giving away too much). The musical will be set in the Persian Empire, with a love story at the heart of it. The female lead is loosely inspired by this incredibly good-hearted and inspirational woman from a Korean series I watched. Her father is a powerful, fictional Persian warlord, and the male lead? A Persian nobody from a low-born background. Intrigued yet? It’s a fictional, drama-filled romance set against a stunning historical backdrop.
